1. About these terms

EK SIM is operated by AETHER CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED, at the address shown below. In these terms, ‘EK SIM’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to that company. ‘You’ refers to the person using our website, app or account features.

Use our services only if you can lawfully accept these terms and meet any requirements applicable to your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Your account and security

Provide accurate account information and keep your contact details up to date. Keep passwords, email confirmation codes and sign-in credentials confidential. Do not share an account or access someone else’s account without authorisation.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access or purchases. We may require verification before discussing or changing an account. If you use Google sign-in where available, your use of Google is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

Use EK SIM for its intended purpose and comply with laws and network requirements that apply where you access or use the service.

• Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, payment systems, SIM credentials, infrastructure or data.
• Do not introduce malware, bypass security controls, disrupt services or interfere with other customers’ connectivity.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or submit false verification documents.
• Do not copy, resell or commercially exploit our platform or another customer’s eSIM credentials without permission.

4. Content and intellectual property

The EK SIM name, platform, software, design and content are owned by us or used with permission from their owners. You may use the website and app for their intended purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Access does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. Do not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit protected material beyond what the law or an express permission allows. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Third-party services and links

Connectivity networks, payment providers, sign-in providers and app stores help deliver parts of the EK SIM experience. Their own terms may apply to the services they provide. Links to other websites do not mean that we control their content or privacy practices.

Use official app-store listings for app downloads and updates. We may ask you to update to a supported release to continue using the app. Installing an update does not change the purchased allowance or validity of an existing plan by itself.

6. Availability and service information

We aim to provide reliable access, but website, app and network availability may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, local conditions or third-party services. Coverage and performance depend on the purchased plan, device and available networks.

Plan descriptions and the final purchase information should be checked before payment. Installation, activation and verification requirements are described in our Terms and Conditions and in your account. Do not rely on a travel eSIM as your only means of obtaining emergency assistance.

7. Access restrictions and account deletion

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, misuse or applicable network and legal requirements. Restrictions do not remove any mandatory rights or remedies you may have.

You can request account deletion through Profile or the website’s Delete account page. The current feature marks the account deleted and ends access. All backend records remain retained, and the retained email address cannot be used to register another account. It does not automatically cancel, deactivate or refund existing eSIMs or orders.

8. Responsibility and applicable rights

You are responsible for using a compatible device, following installation instructions and keeping your account secure. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law.

Network interruptions and technical limitations can occur. These terms do not exclude liability, guarantees or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the platform or our operations. The last-updated date identifies the version published here. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law; changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights relating to an existing purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections and rights that may apply where you live. Nothing here requires you to give up a right to use a court, regulator or consumer remedy available under applicable law.
