Delete account

Deleting your account ends access to EK SIM. All backend records remain retained, including your identity, profile, credentials, consent, KYC, orders, payments, SIM and provider records.

Existing eSIMs and orders will not be automatically cancelled or refunded. You cannot register another account with the retained email address. There is no account restoration or permanent erasure workflow.
